The CANDEGLI Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of a special olive harvest and an exclusive selection from Fattoria Villa l’Olmo.

The label is crafted in Terracotta to emphasize Diadema’s deep connection with the land and its region, Impruneta. The name "Candegli" refers to the exact geographical area in Impruneta where the olives are harvested. The terracotta label is produced by the oldest kiln in Impruneta, Fornace M.I.T.A.L..

Cultivars: Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino.
The combination of manual harvesting and expert processing results in a final product with a striking, intense green color.
The fragrance is inviting and penetrating, while the taste is delicate yet assertive. Its great balance and boldness on the palate make CANDEGLI Extra Virgin Olive Oil an excellent product that unmistakably enhances the flavor of any dish.

The manual harvest of the olives takes place according to their ripeness, from the end of October to the first ten days of November. The olives undergo cold pressing on the same day they are harvested, in the estate's own mill.
