1️⃣ Grill the vegetables: Slice zucchini, eggplant, peppers, and pumpkin. Brush with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with salt and herbs, and grill until tender and slightly charred.

2️⃣ Fry the onion rings and battered veggies: Dip in a cold batter made from flour and sparkling water, then fry in hot oil until crispy and golden.

3️⃣ Make the crostini:

  • Liver crostini: Spread toasted bread with chicken liver pâté.

  • Bean crostini: Mash cooked cannellini beans with garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

  • Tomato bruschetta: Top toasted bread with fresh diced tomatoes, basil, and olive oil.

4️⃣ Arrange everything on a large platter: Alternate cured meats, cheeses, crostini, grilled veggies, and fried bites. Serve olives and dips in small bowls in the center.
