Dosage Zéro is one of the most exclusive champagnes available on the market.
To offer maximum complexity and the full expression of its blend, this cuvée is aged for up to five years before being made available to our customers worldwide. Only the finest wines contribute to Dosage Zéro Diadema.
The Pinot Noir, which makes up 67% of the cuvée, provides aromas of fresh red fruit, wild strawberries, and citrus. The 33% of Chardonnay adds notes of vanilla and caramel, a hint of white almonds, yeast dough, and a touch of lime and acacia flowers. After a moment of rest in the glass, it reveals its sophisticated character.
