DIADEMA ROSSO is born in Tuscany from a meticulous selection of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah grapes.
With a deep purple hue, though not impenetrable, it reveals notes of cassis, lily of the valley, and wild blackberries, complemented by centifolia rose and candied violets. Hints of lavender, Tuscan heather, and a touch of mustard and black pepper add vibrancy to its bouquet.
On the palate, it boasts a velvety texture with a refined style and fruity savoriness, while the balsamic spiciness lends a modern, flavorful, and joyous character. The tannins are firm yet approachable, and the finish melts into sweetness while maintaining the intriguing potential for further aging.
Diadema Rosso is aged in French barriques crafted from Central Massif oak for at least 16 months, followed by a minimum of 6 months of bottle refinement before reaching the market.
