Organic Jams

The jams of Fattoria di Collefertile are the result of the continuous search for perfection that starts from the organic cultivation of the raw material and extends throughout the production cycle.

Each recipe is unique in its kind and wants to be a link between a tradition well rooted in the company’s historicity and the contrasting modernity given by the addition of innovative ingredients such as ginger for Caramelized Onions.

The jams of Fattoria di Collefertile have a collection of six different types with the main purpose of enhancing quality rather than quantity, voluntarily leading to a limited and seasonal production in complete respect for nature.

The care that is reserved to the processing of these products is transmitted to the final consumer through the packaging: a mix of jars with an innovative shape embellished with resin labels that reflect the high quality of the product they contain.

 

RECIPE:  figs, cane sugar, Romagna sangiovese doc wine, lemon juice,  residual alcohol less than 1.2% by volume. all organic products

TIPS: Our jam with its determined flavor is perfect to combine with fresh cheeses, sweet ricotta mousse or to garnish with custard.

RECIPE:  quinces, cane sugar, starch: kuzu, gelifying agar agar  all organic products

TIPS: Our jam with a distinctly homemade recipe is perfect to combine with fresh flavored pecorino.

RECIPE:  wine, grape sugar, pectina (natural thickener). all organic products

TIPS: Our Red Wine Jelly is perfect to combine with medium-aged cheeses, desserts and dark chocolate
